Account Manager (Private Fleet Owners)

Business Development - Paris - Full-time

Your mission:

  • Your mission is to grow and create engagement and loyalty inside our community of trusted private car(s) owners across Europe.
  • You will work on the development and the retention of those private car(s) owners in up to three Getaround’s operating markets (France, United-Kingdom and Belgium according to the different languages you natively speak).
  • You will be the voice of Getaround for our engaged private car(s) owners’ community, steering them towards the best experience and cultivating key relationships to make them understand and align with our company vision.

What you will do:

  • 1. Launch the Power Owner portfolio
  • Achieve outbound (80%) and inbound (20%) campaigns among the existing private car(s) owners community.
  • Understand their persona and help define the eligibility rules for this new car(s) owners segment.
  • Convert those private car(s) owners into successful partners by challenging their economics and the quality of the service they deliver (listing quality, pricing, etc.).
  • 2. Develop the Power Owner portfolio
  • Drive revenue growth via performance reviews.
  • Be the voice of the community internally:
  • Understand their needs/growth barriers
  • Escalate identified problems to other departments (Claims, Customer service, Product, Finance, Connect, etc.).
  • Create engagement and cultivate key relationships (phone, email, webinars, etc.).

Who you will be working with:

  • You are part of the Account Management team reporting to Julien, our Senior Partner Development Manager and you will work closely with the Supply department.

What you will bring to the table:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management position within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent French and English language skills are required (German/Spanish as an additional language is greatly appreciated). 
  • You understand the importance of building trusted relationships in order to drive growth among your portfolio.
  • You have good analytical and presentation skills. You are organised, autonomous and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Good Team player to work across the teams and voice private car(s) owners concerns internally.
