Launched in 2017, Getaround Entrepreneurs is a program that enables owners to access various services and benefits to develop their business.

Who can benefit from it?

The program is open to all types of owners, whether individual or professional, operating their business with Getaround Connect technology or key exchange, regardless of their city or country of operation.

How is it different from the franchise system ?

Unlike the franchise format, Getaround does not provide business development services or training, there are no entry fees, and members are completely free to set their rental prices. You remain in control of your business and its development; we only accompany you to catalyze the profitability of your investments.

What are the advantages of the program ?

Beyond the support offered to launch a fleet of cars on the platform and subject to meeting certain conditions, members of the program benefit from the following advantages:

  • A network of partners covering all the skills related to car-sharing activities: legal, accounting, cars (financing and purchase), insurance, parking, and daily operations (cleaning, transportation, etc.).

  • The possibility to self-insure the cars in their fleet, either through their own insurance or through the AXA x Getaround Entrepreneurs fleet insurance. Getaround reimburses the member the amount of insurance paid by the driver that would have been paid to AXA insurance under the AXA insurance contract, and the program member then takes care of paying the insurer the amount due according to their own contract.

Customer support :

-A dedicated case manager; -Individual meetings: -Outbound calls to resolve issues that require several email exchanges.

Claims support :

-A dedicated case manager; -Monthly individual meetings. -An emergency phone number dedicated to our Fraud/Safety team. -A dedicated email address for all operational blocking issues..

  • An extended period of 7 working days to report any damages detected to Getaround following a rental.
