Launched in 2017, Getaround Entrepreneurs is open to all owners, regardless of their location, provided they have earned a certain level of income on the platform during the previous calendar year.

Who can benefit?

Whether you operate your business using our Getaround Connect technology or by handing over keys, take advantage of the growth in the car-sharing market with the help of our team of experts.

Eligibility for the program is determined by a single criteria: a minimum annual income of €40,000 earned during the last calendar year (January 1st to December 31st).

What are the benefits of the program?

Two service levels are available, depending on the level of income generated during the last calendar year: Getaround Success: ≥ $40,000 & < $150,000 Getaround Success Plus: ≥ $150,000

Each level gives you access to specific services to support you in your business:

Since 2023, every fleet owner who reaches the Getaround Success Plus threshold has benefited from the best customer operations experience on the market.

How? Dedicated managers within our customer service and claims departments provide you with personalized support. You can schedule calls or individual meetings as needed to ensure optimal follow-up on your cases.

And that's not all! As a member of the program, you can benefit from a commission reduction if the average ratings left by your renters exceed a certain threshold:

Your income and rating are assessed in January each year. Commission rates are updated on February 1, based on the average rating from the previous year.

As a member of the Entrepreneurs program, you also benefit from:

• An extended period of 7 business days—instead of 5—to report any damage to Getaround after a rental.

• Access to our network of partners covering all aspects of car sharing (parking, insurance, maintenance and repairs, etc.).

Good to know

The commission reduction is only granted subject to compliance with the conditions that allow you to benefit from it. Our team updates commission levels once a year.

Getaround does not provide business development or training services, there are no entry fees, and member owners are completely free to set their own rental prices. You remain in control of your business and its development; we are here to help you maximize the return on your investment.
