Finding my receipt

You can easily download and print the receipt for your rental on Getaround. First, log in to your account from a web browser (not the mobile app), then go to: Your payments. Here you will find a list of all your payments made on Getaround and you'll have a link to download a receipt.

We can only provide invoices with VAT for services we’re providing.

• Getaround is providing a platform matching users wishing to rent a car with user wishing to rent out their car
• Car owners provide a car available for renting via our platform
• Insurers provide the insurance to cover rentals made via our platform
• Roadside Assistance provide breakdown assistance during the rental

The only service we are providing is the platform and we charge service fees for that service. Even if the other services are facilitated via our platform we are not providing them.

As a consequence we are only able to provide tax invoices for the service fees charged by Getaround, as all other services are only paid via our platform we can only provide receipts without VAT.

However, if you rented a car from one of our professional owners, you can contact them directly so they can give you an invoice including VAT.

However, you can contact the owner directly to ask for an invoice including VAT.
