Search filters are useful to narrow down results and find a specific listing more easily. You can use them yourself to test your car’s visibility or encourage drivers to use them when searching.
The most common filters include make, vehicle type, fuel type, transmission, number of seats, and features (like a child seat or GPS).

If you still can’t find your listing, check that your car is available under the search conditions you selected.
Several factors can affect your listing’s visibility:
Availability settings: Your rental settings can limit when your car appears in search results. You can edit these in the “Your conditions” section of your listing.
Pay special attention to:
Commercials, Minibuses and Campervans: You need to activate the corresponding filter to see them. These vehicles only appear if the “Van”, “Minibus” or “Campervan” filter is selected.
Your acceptance rate is below 30% (Key Exchange cars): Uncheck the “Accept rate above 30%” filter. If your car appears, it means your acceptance rate is below 30%. In other words, you’ve declined or not replied to more than 70% of the booking requests you received.
Some listings are not visible to all drivers.
For example, Comfort category cars are only available to drivers who are at least 25 years old (non applicable in France) and have held their driver’s license for 2 years or more (5 years in France).
These safety criteria help protect your car and ensure a reliable experience for both owners and drivers.

Search results can also vary depending on the driver’s profile or history. Two people searching for the same area may see different results, based on their filters, past trips, or current location.
